INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE (PARAAN NG PAGHAHANDA AT PAGGAMIT)
Your child's health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula. Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation. Siguraduhing ang lahat ng kagamitan ay nahugasan at na-sterilize nang mabuti baog magtimpla.
1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. Hugasan nang mabuti ang kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig bago ihanda ang gatas.
2. Boil clean feeding utensils in boiling water for 5 minutes. Pakuluan ang malinis na mga kagamitan sa tubig ng 5 minuto.(Picture of boiling feeding utensils
3. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing. Pakuluan ang malinis na tubig ng 5 minuto. Palamigin ang tubig bago ihalo.
4. Pour 200mL warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled. Ibuhos ang 200mL na maligamgam na tubig (40°C) na napakuluan.
5. Add 4 level scoops (approx. 40g) or 3 heaping tablespoons of powder. Magdagdag ng 4 na pantay na scoop (humigit kumulang 40g) o 3 punong kutsarang gatas.
6. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Alugin o haluing mabuti hanggang sa tuluyang matunaw.
Directions for UsageEnsure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation. To make a serving of Lactum 1-3 Milk Supplement, add 4 level scoops (approximately 40g) of Lactum 1-3 Milk Supplement powder to 210 mL of warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 240mL beverage. Stir or shake well.

POWDER STORAGE
Store pouch with DRY scoop inside at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Close the container tightly to ensure freshness. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Use this product before expiry date indicated at the bottom of the carton. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.
CAUTION
1. Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect or if pouch is not sealed.
2. If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.
3. Once feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
