INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE (PARAAN NG PAGHAHANDA AT PAGGAMIT)

Your baby’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s doctor. Ask your baby’s doctor which formula is appropriate for your baby. Ask your baby’s doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use.

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. Hugasan nang mabuti ang kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig bago ihanda ang gatas.

3. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing. Pakuluan ang malinis na tubig ng 5 minuto. Palamigin ang tubig bago ihalo.

4. Pour 210mL warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled. Ibuhos ang 210mL na maligamgam na tubig (40°C) na napakuluan.

5. Add 7 level scoops (approx. 33.6g). Magdagdag ng 7 na pantay na scoop (humigit kumulang 33.6g) ng gatas.

6. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Alugin o haluing mabuti hanggang sa tuluyang matunaw.

Milk Preparation

To prepare a single feed, add 7 level scoops (approximately 33.6g) of Enfagrow A+ Nurapro CS-Biome powder to 210mL of warm water (40ºC) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 235mL beverage. Shake or stir well.

Use scoop in box to measure powder. Clean and DRY scoop thoroughly before use. Store DRY scoop in the pouch.

POWDER STORAGE

Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.

Store DRY scoop in the container.

CAUTION

1. Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect or if pouch is not sealed.

2. If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.

3. Once feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.

THERE IS LIKELIHOOD THAT PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISMS WILL BE IN THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT IS PREPARED AND USED INAPPROPRIATELY.
